BetWest has five VIP levels, and play moves an account up through them. The levels differ in three ways: cashback from level 3, higher daily and monthly withdrawal limits from level 3, and a personal VIP manager from level 4. Cashback: the daily rate, the live rate and the 1x rule
Two cashback offers sit in the casino promotions. Daily cashback returns up to 15% at the top level, and live cashback returns 25% of net losses on live casino play. Both carry a wagering requirement of 1x, which means the cashback must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn. That is far below the 35x of the welcome package.
The percentage you receive depends on your level: 5% at level 3, 10% at level 4 and 15% at level 5. Our VIP page lists cashback among the benefits of levels 3 to 5.

Coins sit beside the pound balance and are earned in three ways:
- Deposits earn coins at 5% of the amount deposited, counted in your account currency.
- Bets earn coins at 10% of the amount wagered, also counted in your account currency.
- Challenges pay a fixed number of coins: 30 for each weekly casino challenge, 20 for each weekly sport challenge and between 10 and 100 for one-time challenges, depending on difficulty.
Completing 20 weekly challenges adds a further 500 coins. Twenty casino challenges therefore pay 20 x 30 = 600 coins, and with the 500-coin reward the week totals 1,100 coins. Each challenge asks for 150 spins, so the week asks for 3,000 spins; the minimum stake per spin is in the challenge description.
The shop converts coins into bonus money, free spins and sport free bets. Game-specific free spin packs have fixed coin prices that do not depend on a currency: five spins on Better Bass Cash or on Fish Tales Colossal Catch cost 300 coins, and ten spins on Cash of Cleopatra or on Fish Tales Double Catch cost 500 coins. The welcome package that opens the account
A new account is offered a welcome package of 400% across five deposits with 350 free spins. The deposits are matched at 100%, 75%, 75%, 50% and 100%, and the free spins are released at 35 a day over ten days. The package carries a 35x requirement on deposit plus bonus, a 40x requirement on free spin winnings and ten days to complete. Winnings from bonus funds are capped at ten times the bonus. Higher levels, higher withdrawal limits
Withdrawal limits rise with the level. The monthly limit at level 5 is higher than at level 1. We show the exact pound limits in the account for your own level; they are the ones that apply to a request. When a request is declined, check three things first: that the wagering is complete, that the funds are in the cash balance and that the limit is not reached.

Each player may hold one account; any further account is treated as a duplicate and closed. Withdrawals go only to an account in the player’s own name, and a request to a third party is cancelled.
From request to arrival
